Job Description

Job Responsibilities:    

  • Responsible for job specific training of newly hired employees, including safe work practices.
  • Responds to medical emergencies & administers First Aid. 
  • Responsible for tracking and training all new employees assigned to the area.  Requires extensive written documentation of each employee’s daily training progress and skill level. 
  • Responsible for cross training existing employees into other job areas.
  • Bilingual written and verbal skills are preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual who can fulfill tasks independently with little supervision.
  • Leadership skills to take charge in emergency situations, and ability to direct staff/employees regarding best practices/procedures during medical emergencies.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening on new hire candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.  Must be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent attendance and work record are mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of the production area will be helpful.   
  • Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed.
  • Work along nurse on duty.
  • Must have previous training in First Aid, CPR & AED.  EMT License required.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Medical knowledge experience preferred
