Our team members are the heart of Butterball. Everyone brings a unique voice, perspective, and experience that encapsulates who we are as a team.
I started with the Raeford plant as a Senior HR Specialist. Last year I had a short stint as the plant’s Onboarding Supervisor before being transferred into my current role as our HR Generalist.
