Job Summary:

This position will assist the Operations Supervisors and Attendance Administrator maintain hourly employee schedules. 

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

                Kronos/Work Force Dimensions Support

  • Enter schedules for new hires based on department and shift
  • Reset attendance points for re-hired employees at time of hire
  • Enter Time Off pay codes in Kronos
  • Enter Down Crew code in Kronos when departments finish early
  • Update schedules “start” and “end” times for employees who are transferring to a new shift
  • Adjust end of shift schedule times
  • Assist/back up ETO schedule adjustments


  • Maintain Perfect Attendance Tracker
  • Assist/back up ETO Tracker
  • Attendance reporting as requested


  • Perform “on the floor” attendance audits
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Attendance Administrator

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and relationship management skills; works effectively with all personalities
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Proficient with various MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with front-line leaders and employees
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to perform duties with awareness of all company policies, State and Federal requirements and the collective bargaining agreement
  • Ability to analyze raw data
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Position is a temporary assignment through 12/31/2022

Education & Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one (1) year of experience performing similar job duties, preferably in a manufacturing environment preferred
