Management Trainee Program

Program

  • 12-month rotational program. 
  • Cohort-style experience.
  • Prepares participants for entry level, front-line leadership opportunities.
  • Time spent in North Carolina, Arkansas, and Missouri. 

Qualifications

  • Recent 4-year college or university graduate in Business, Poultry Science, Food Science or related fields.
  • Internship, co-op, or hands-on work experience.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and collaborate with others.

Our hiring timeline lets you know what to expect and helps you track where you are in the hiring process. 
Step 1 Apply to a role that aligns with your qualifications and interests.
Step 2 Your application will be reviewed by our team.
Step 3 Selected candidates will move forward to a phone screen with our recruiters. 
Step 4 Selected candidates will then be scheduled for a panel interview with the team. 
Step 5 If identified as the best fit for the role, an offer will be extended.
