Job Description

Responsibilities:

To help the supervisor guide associates at Cold Storage Facility in Benson, NC. They will be required to ensure proper leaker checks meet Butterball quality standards and report finding accordingly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent attendance and personnel record

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish

• Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)

• Weekend work required as necessary

• Ability to train new associates

• Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed

• Knowledge of workplace safety rules

• Ability to complete paperwork accurately

• Ability to perform multiple duties

Education and Experience:

• GED or equivalent
• Proficient math and computer skills
• Team member would be required to provide own transportation to and from the Benson, NC Cold Storage location
