Job Summary: Provide a safe, operating environment for Further Processing (Ready to Eat) and RTC (Ready to Cook) Maintenance by directing installation, maintenance and repair of machines, equipment, tools, and utility systems in order to ensure continuous operation in Further Processing (Ready to Eat) portion of the plant. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • To know how to prepare the work and to consider the cost of the materials, in sequence, to attend in the development of the listing of materials, the required pieces, and of the materials for maintenance and installation of the machinery and equipment of production • Ability to train mechanics of maintenance of smaller level, in order to improve its efficiency • Ability to fit to electrical motors in its correct voltage and phase, and to locate electrical problems in individual motors and of three phases • Ability to use all the necessary electrical tools of hand and to improve the equipment and the instruments with efficiency • Ability to read and to interpret mechanical designs, to reconstruct mechanical boxes and pumps, and to relocate and to connect conduit strap • Excellent time management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attendance, personnel and safety record • Knowledge of workplace safety rules Education & Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of Maintenance Experience • 5 to 7 years managing a Maintenance Team • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance related field
