Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
- Supervise up to 17 team members in packaging, ingredient and MRO warehouse
- Facilitate team in Safety, Product Safety and Housekeeping
- Attend daily/weekly meetings as designated
- Oversee all issues and receiving of goods and services for the facility in SAP
- Coordinate the Maintenance performed on facility’s material handling equipment
- Participate in Cost Savings Initiatives
- Required to communicate with all levels of management
- Communicates with vendors and transportation companies as needed to arrange pick up and delivery.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities / Conocimiento y Habilidades
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and to anticipate changes and needs of the facility.
Education & Experience / Educación & Experiencia:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Material Supervisor or Management withy 5S experience preferred
