Farms & Live Operations Roles

It all starts with our farms, we have generations of families raising turkeys, flock managers and drivers who all play a critical role in the process. Our high-quality, nutritious products begin with providing the best possible care for our turkeys. The opportunities in our live operations function include jobs on our farms, feed mills, and hatcheries located throughout Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and North Carolina.

Animal care and well-being is a top priority and each of our team members working on the farms takes their role seriously. We devote ourselves to leading the industry in animal care and well-being by engaging our Animal Care and Well-Being Advisory Council for guidance and recommendations and voluntarily seeking and maintaining American Humane Certified™ status through the American Humane via regular audits.
