Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all work orders and issuing PM's
  • Evaluating and re-writing all PM's annually for proper PM effectiveness
  • Determining basic information about the work to be performed
  • Visiting necessary job sites to understand work that is being requested
  • Planning work to be accomplished
  • Determining availability of parts/materials needed to perform the work requested
  • Completing the scheduled work plan
  • Scheduling the daily work for each shift
  • Following up on the work after it has been completed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Maintenance related experience
  • Excellent Time Management, Organizational, Verbal and Written communication plus problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, execute and delegate tasks
  • Computer literacy skills (Spreadsheet and Word Processing work)

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED Preferred
  • Ability to Read and Write English Preferred
