Job Summary:

This position will be utilized for Maintenance, Facilities, Refrigeration, and the Maintenance Manager to help provide better documentation support.  These departments have documentation that is required by county, state, federal and EPA that must be maintained in a timely manner.  

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reports – Gas usage, Water usage, Steam usage, BOC usage, Microtox, etc.

  • Monthly Reports to State Agencies

  • Yearly Permit reports to Federal and State (Waste Water, Air Permits, and Boiler inspections, etc.

  • Weekly Capital Project Spending Reports, Packets for Maintenance Manager to review

  • Weekly graphs, water usage, CO2, N2, Spending, Trash and Fire System

  • SPC charting for USDA, QA, BRC

  • BRC documentation filing, record tracking

  • Annual Inspections for Vessels

  • KPI presentation set-up for Departments

  • Engineering Score Card

  • SAP, SharePoint, CMMS and AS400 reports

  • CER signing, scanning and tracking

  • Safety Tracking Fire System and Insurance documentation

  • Organize Green Team, Water Team and Conservation

  • Track and organize weekly Safety meeting for Department UCR, Star Site, Safety Work orders, etc.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Must possess good communication and problem resolution skills

  • Ability to interact both effectively and professionally with management and vendors

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP

  • Ability to work independently and manage time wisely

Education & Experience: 

High school diploma or equivalent required
