Responsibilities:
To support the QA manager in maintaining the USDA regulated HACCP and SOP plans as well as other food safety related programs. This entails, but is not limited to, maintaining the written plans, associated records and documentation review and filing, as well as conducting training and consultation on product and process deficiency Corrective Actions. This position will provide training to all levels of Operations and other associates on proper HACCP principles. To fulfill these responsibilities, time on different shifts may be required.
