Responsibilities:
The use of required leadership skills to ensure the successful accomplishment of distributions KPI's and Department/company goals. Effectively lead Distribution Team members and ensure that all adhere to tasks given by Supervisors/Managers. Assist the supervisor by delegating responsibilities to associates as well as act as a problem solver and facilitator.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to delegate and empower effectively and responsibly
* Excellent organization, problem solving and facilitation skills
* Willingness to learn all aspects of Distribution area
Education & Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Able to read, write and comprehend English preferred
